Privacy Policy

The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and sends nothing to a server. The only information we hold is what you choose to send us on WhatsApp or by email.

Who we are

Safvorix is a digital agency based in Pakistan. We build websites and mobile apps, set up and run Amazon stores, and handle marketing, social media and design for our clients. This policy covers www.safvorix.com. It does not cover the websites we have built for our clients, which are run by those businesses under their own policies.

What this website collects

Nothing automatically. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no tracking script and no embedded video or map. The fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited.

We set no cookies. Your browser does store two small settings on your own device, and we never receive them:

  • Light or dark theme. When you use the theme switch, your choice is saved so the site opens that way next time.
  • The opening animation. A note that it has already played, so you do not see it again on every page in the same visit.

Clearing your browsing data removes both. Nothing else is stored, and neither can identify you.

The contact form

The form on our contact page does not submit anything to a server. When you press the button, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you typed written into a message, ready for you to read and send. Nothing is stored or transmitted by this website, and if you close WhatsApp without sending, we never see it.

Once you do press send in WhatsApp, the message reaches our business number and is handled by WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta, under their own privacy policy. The same applies to anything you send us on LinkedIn or another platform.

What we hold when you get in touch

If you message or email us we keep what you send: your name, your contact details, and whatever you tell us about your business and the work you want. We use it to answer you, to prepare a quote, and to do the work if you hire us. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with advertisers.

If you become a client, we also keep the records a business has to keep: the scope we agreed, invoices and payment records, and the files for your project.

Who else is involved

  • Our hosting provider serves the pages. Like every web host, it keeps short technical logs of requests, which include the visitor’s IP address and browser, to keep the site running and protect it from attacks. We do not use those logs to build any profile of you.
  • WhatsApp and email carry the messages between us, and hold them under their own terms.
  • Client platforms. While working for a client we are often given access to their accounts, such as hosting, a domain registrar, Meta Business, Google or Amazon Seller Central. We use that access only for the agreed work. Every account stays in the client’s name, and access can be withdrawn at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally up to two years, in case you come back. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards where the law or our accounts require it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Just message us and we will do it, normally within a few days. Visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Union have these rights in law under the UK GDPR and the GDPR, and we apply the same approach to everyone.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything that changes the picture, such as analytics or a form that stores what you type, we will update this page and the date at the top before it goes live.
